Event: Engagement and Land Reform Act consultation - 11 Nov, online
The Land Reform (Scotland) Act introduces new responsibilities for large landowners to engage with local communities about decisions affecting land. The Scottish Land Commission is running an event on the current Scottish Government consultation and these new obligations, with a chance to ask questions and explore what they could mean for your community.
Apply now for Book Week Scotland 2027 event funding
Book Week Scotland is all about bringing communities together to celebrate books and reading. Organisations can apply for funding to support unique, inspiring events that showcase the joy, power and togetherness of books. If successful, organisations can receive £700 to programme an event during Book Week Scotland in June 2027.
Scotland’s Human Rights Festival 2026 - 9-13 December
Scotland’s Human Rights Festival 2026 will be the first national, multi-day festival dedicated to celebrating, explaining and strengthening support for human rights across the country. The festival is taking place across Scotland this December, with a mix of online, hybrid and in-person events.
