Charities respond to Programme for Government
Organisations from across the sector have responded to the final Programme for Government of this parliament, which was announced last week. Oxfam Scotland called the measures "too quiet on inequality", while Save the Children said "this programme for government simply doesn’t do enough" to address child poverty.
Scotland Demands Better coalition
The Poverty Alliance is organising a national march and demonstration as part of a new campaign. The aim is to build a broad coalition to show that we already have practical ideas to overcome injustice, and the resources needed to make them work. The march will take place in Edinburgh on Saturday 25 October 2025.
Understanding anti-racism in co-production spaces
This report explores the experiences of individuals from racialised backgrounds involved in co-production. "This journey has shed light on the unique challenges, inequities, and at times, painful realities that emerge in these spaces. We have seen that co-production, though considered to be collaborative and equitable, can too often become a space where systemic racism is perpetuated."
