HIIC Tutor Training course dates in June 
Health Issues in the Community (HIIC) is a course that helps people understand what affects their health and the health of their communities - with collective, community development approaches at the heart. This two-day HIIC Tutor Training course is SCQF credit rated and enables you to deliver the HIIC course for participants. Thursday 11 and Friday 12 June 2026 (both days) in Glasgow. 

Event: How does your community food work support Prevention?
This online workshop from Community Food and Health Scotland will act as a short introduction to what prevention can look like in community food settings and how it might be evaluated. It will be include breakout discussions where you can share your own experiences, challenges, and ideas in smaller groups. 13 May, online.

Scotland's Artificial Intelligence strategy 2026-2031
The Scottish Government has published this five-year strategy setting out how it intends to use AI to drive “responsible and inclusive” economic growth. The strategy explores how AI could transform public services, but doesn’t feature the same detail around the potential role of the third sector or community groups.
