Save the date: CHEX Conference - 26th February 2026

CHEX, part of SCDC, is excited to announce the date for its annual conference, building on learning about the realities of what makes community-led health work on the ground.
Last year, nearly 100 people from across the CHEX network came together to learn and reflect on their work supporting their communities and tackling Scotland's health inequalities.
It was a day full of inspiration, honesty and mutual support where we heard from some incredible contributors who each generously shared their experiences, knowledge and ideas.
CHEX is now looking for contributors to lead world café-style sessions or workshops for its 2026 event. The aim is to share a variety of perspectives and voices from across sectors.
This conference will be set in the context of Scotland’s persistent and growing health inequalities crisis. A recent joint statement set out the need for focused action to address these pressing issues.
