Scotland’s Landscape Charter
After one year of extensive consultation, Scotland’s Landscape Alliance have published this 5-Year Action Plan to help deliver Scotland’s Landscape Charter. The Charter highlights the vital contribution of Scotland’s landscapes to our lives in terms of climate resilience, nature and biodiversity, our health and wellbeing as well as our economy.

Smoking in Scotland
ASH Scotland has published its latest research on smoking in Scotland, with 14% of the population currently smoking. People in the poorest communities are 3.5 times more likely to smoke than those in the wealthiest, with smoking resulting in 7,000 deaths each year - 20% of all deaths in Scotland.
