ENABLE Scotland Disability Awareness training

ENABLE Scotland are offering free Autism Awareness or Disability Awareness sessions until the end of the month. The interactive sessions are delivered over zoom by one of our experienced Employment Co-Ordinators and are expected to last between 1.5 hours – 2 hours.

At ENABLE Scotland we believe in an equal society for every person that has a learning disability. We currently have free training sessions available to upskills staff, challenge perceptions and create more awareness around Autistic Spectrum Disorder and other learning disabilities. 

At the end of training you will:

  • Understand what disability means and what conditions affect people

  • Learn how you can support current and future employees with disabilities

  • Know your responsibilities under the Equality Act

  • Gain knowledge about the many benefits of having a diverse workforce
