Outcomes are critical in planning for working in communities in identifying what you want to achieve, how you will know you have been successful, and how you will show you have achieved your change.
This training explores outcome-focused planning in a partnership setting and introduces the core tools and frameworks that support outcome-focused practice.
In this training you will:
Learn the key principles and processes of outcome focused practice;
Explore participatory and needs-led approaches to planning;
Discuss the wider context for outcome-focused planning;
Be provided with support to use models such as LEAP and logic modelling within practice settings.
This training is recommended as a full day session.
