It is important to reflect on your request and the Outcome Improvement Process. You may have put a lot of hard work into the participation request process, and it’s important to learn from what has been achieved, and what you would hope to build on or do differently in future.
The legislation and regulations also set out how public service authorities should report on participation requests, including what improvements were made as a result of the outcome improvement process. You can read more about what the legislation requires in the Scottish Government’s statutory guidance for participation requests. See the final page of the guidance, on ‘reporting’.
