Janet Muir (continued) 

Janet has over 30 years experience in community development from volunteering and campaigning work to practitioners in the voluntary and public sectors.  She has worked in a range of neighbourhood organisations in Glasgow and Lothian, specialising in youth and issue-based work.  Before joining SCDC, Janet was a Senior Development Officer for fieldwork and the Poverty Alliance. 

Janet pursues a keen interest in volunteering, previously with the Govanhill Credit Union and more recently as a Board Member of Loretto Care Housing Association.
