Design and delivery of the pilot community engagement training programme (2006)

In 2006, the Scottish Community Development Centre was commissioned by the Care Commission Scotland to design and deliver a training programme for inspectors that should enable them to: plan and use engagement as a method of inspection and; inspect community engagement practice used by provider agencies.
