VOiCE Reports

VOiCE can generate a number of different reports that can be printed off or transfered to MS 'Word' for sharing with colleagues and/or stakeholders.  The summary reports produced in VOiCE contain information such as Locality where the engagement took place, Postcodes, Engagement Theme, Engagement Status, Engagement Level, Purpose of Engagement, Key Agency Stakeholders and Key Community Stakeholders. The user can view single engagements or aggregate all the engagements on the database.

Overall Engagement Report

 

 

From the home page you can create a report for the whole engagement.  This will usually be used when the whole process is complete ie Analyse, Plan, Do, Review.  The report has a breakdown of each of the questions answered throughout the engagement process.

These reports follow each section and are designed to be shared as the engagement progresses.  The reports can be printed or transfered to MS 'Word' and can be shared with colleagues and/or stakeholders.

Summary Reports

 
VOiCE will produce a number of Summary Reports based on the information entered in the Summary Information form at the end of the Analyse Section. There are currently 3 types of Summary Reports –
'All Engagements' which gives a breakdown of engagements in terms of postcode, agency stakeholders, community stakeholders etc. There are also specific reports by 'Status' and 'Theme' of engagement. The user can select one report or aggregate all the data on the database using dates, status or themes.  An Example Summary Report with aggregated data for 25 engagements is demonstrated below:
