Participatory outcome focused planning and evaluation

Training and consultancy support in this area explores the principles and process of outcome focused planning and evaluation in a partnership setting and introduces the core tools and frameworks that support outcome focused practice in CLD including the new electronic LEAP tool. Training and consultancy support can be tailored to meet specific needs but will typically cover:

• the key principles and processes of outcome-focused practice;
• the principles and processes of a participatory approach to planning and evaluation
• the principles and processes of a need-led approach to planning and evaluation
• the wider context for outcome focused planning and evaluation;
• The core tools and frameworks that support outcome focused planning and evaluation (including LEAP and VOiCE).
