The Scottish Community Development Centre was commissioned by Learning Connections (Communities Scotland) to investigate the feasibility of developing and implementing a generic management system capable of measuring the contribution of the community learning and development sector against key public policy outcomes. This involved a review of current evaluation and management information systems used in the sector and related fields and advising on the design and implementation of a generic management system for CLD.
