The study was Commissioned by Learning Connections Adult Literacies as a follow-up to the evaluation of the pilot Introductory Training in Adult Literacies programme. The study examined, from the perspectives of course participants and facilitators, their experience both of their training and its relevance in the context of subsequent experience of literacy tutoring.
