This was a major study, for which a research officer was recruited to join the SCDC team. It monitored the delivery of the Connecting Communities materials, support, and training, and assessed the impact on various stakeholders in community learning and development across Scotland.  Connecting Communities was designed to increase the skills and confidence of CLD partners in using new technology.
