Lucia Dhliwayo

Lucia has a background in capacity building for voluntary organisations and health and economic development work for community groups in Scotland and in Southern Africa, respectively.  Most recently she worked for SCVO where she contributed to the development and delivery of a range of projects covering organisational sustainability including funding, organisational development and workforce development.

Lucia's current role with SCDC is the promotion of VOiCE and providing support to one of the VOiCE development projects aimed at supporting practitioners and managers to make best use of it, test it's robustness in practice and develop case illustrations of how best the tool can be used.  Within the Meeting the Shared Challenge programme, Lucia's role involves delivering the support programme developed with local stakeholders in Glasgow and Ayrshire.
