Jane Dailly

Jane has a background in community learning and development and social inclusion work.  She previously worked for Highland Council, managing a local SIP project and for the Thams and Chiltern Trust (a national charity providing supported living services) working to promote the rights of service users; develop person-centred services and address issues of social exclusion.  Jane's current role with SCDC is the promotion and development of the LEAP framework - a learning based, outcome-focused, participatory planning and evaluation framework.  She is currently developing resources to support the use of the framework for those involved in community planning and provides specialist support to organisations using the framework to enhance public participation in decision making processes and the shaping of services and interventions.
